Mattia Joe, graduated in telecommunication engineering from Politecnico, Milan and received in 2005 an MBA at NYU Stern School of Business. He is Managing Director, chief advisor for Media, Telecommunication, Infrastructures and diversified industries; he accomplished a large number of international M&A. He is married to Paola Balzarotti, graduated at Bocconi, Milan, entrepreneur and financial journalist.

They have two children: Matteo Avram and Beatrice Stella.
